Return & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping with us at SOUKI and we hope that you love your recent purchase! However, if you are not totally happy with your new item, you may wish to return the item. Please see below details and follow the instructions of SOUKI return & refund policy.

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. That means all returned items must be send back within 14 days from successful delivery of your online order. Before shipping your return please send us an email with detailed infomation to
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworned, fragrance free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and including all tags.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Please note we do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.
  • Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as you immediately after receipt send us en email: and the parcel has been mailed back to us within 1 week after succesfull delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • Please take extra care to read the wash & care instructions given on our website, we cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the given care instruction have not been followed.

2. Refunds ( if applicable )
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify if it has been approved for refund.

When approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
